What to Know Before Booking

Please be advised that our location is not wheelchair accessible. The studio is located on the second floor of a walk-up building with two flights of stairs and no elevator. To maintain the integrity of our private, one-on-one service experience, we are unable to accommodate multiple clients or double bookings at the same time. Additionally, as there is no designated waiting area, we kindly ask that you arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time. Please note, all massages are performed by a skilled male therapist with extensive experience in luxury spas.

Late Arrival Policy

We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you anticipate being late, please text or call us at 647-373-0575 as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled time may need to be rescheduled. While we will do our best to accommodate you if availability permits, we cannot guarantee immediate service beyond this window.
