At A Better Body Fitness, we build muscle! Jennifer is the owner/trainer and she understands the importance of making exercise challenging but fun. She strives to push clients out of their comfort zone without any pain. There is a focus on using proper form for each exercise with an emphasis on using regression or progression, depending on individual fitness level.
With personal training, she will teach you how to incorporate healthier nutrition to build more muscle, which speeds up body metabolism. Muscles are good!!
Jennifer has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2008 and is also a Certified Nutritional Coach. After struggling with weight into her 30s, she aims to help other women get fit by providing expertise, support and accountability. She opened her custom-built, garage studio in 2021.
