  • Tickets are valid 10am-6pm daily subject to weather. The balloon will not fly if winds exceed 28 mph in the air, 18 mph on the ground or if there is a storm or lightning in the area.
  • Please note that the balloon is tethered and will not travel beyond 400 feet at any time.

At Disney Springs™, the retail, dining and entertainment complex located at the Walt Disney World Resort®, guests are introduced to the clouds via Aerophile’s innovative balloon. With enough space to seat up to 29 passengers, the tethered aircrafts climb up to 400 feet into the sky with the help of up to 210,000 cubic feet of helium, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding attractions and landscape.
