We at Age In Motion Fitness have taken great care in developing appropriate fitness agendas for Seniors. We offer our services to each client in the home, and in public spaces, as requested by the client, so as to make these services easily accessible and affordable.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our fitness programs center around 5 key elements including strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and core stability. Clients tend notice positive changes in their lifestyles within 5-6 sessions and are able to use that momentum to build habit forming fitness routines and more active lifestyles
