Simply put, AIR® is one of the best core workouts in the world; an aerial fitness training program fusing elements of conditioning, Pilates, ballet, and HIIT on aerial hammocks. Whether you're experienced or new to aerial workouts, you'll find something challenging yet fun here. Classes are designed for efficiency using more muscle groups than typical workouts.
The deal includes five classes at AIR® Aerial Fitness in the South Loop. Classes offered range from all levels aerial fitness, aerial yoga, to intermediate-advanced classes; choose between different packages tailored to fit your schedule and level of experience. These classes cannot be shared & can only be used by the client who purchased them unless the whole package is being gifted.
Bare Feet. Save the socks for your barre workout. Too slippery not only on the hammocks but on the floors. They recommended full-length leggings for our aerial fitness classes. If not wearing the proper attire the hammock at times could rub by your skin. They recommended tighter-fitting tops for aerial hammocks during inversions.
They recommend new clients take 3-5 AIR® Foundation classes before graduating to AIR® intermediate classes. Classes start on time and new clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class and latecomers will not be permitted. Cancellations must be made on the platform the booking was made on.
