I'm still trying to get refund for the work they did not perform and marking Groupo nredeemed. The thing so upsetting is thar Groupon tok their word without proof. Beware of merchants who require you to redeem Groupon before performing the work.

Cole provided us with notification prior to his arrival. He was prompt (arriving within the first hour of the scheduled window), pleasant, and professional. Most importantly, he did a superb job restoring my home and cleaning stairs. The price is very reasonable for the quality of service rendered. I will definitely use Air Duct Guys again.
