Please be aware that reservations are final; rescheduling or missing an appointment forfeits the slot without the option to reschedule. To secure your ride, submit a reservation request promptly through our booking system. Arrivals should be no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment; upon arrival, call us as the gate may be closed for the safety of the horses. Delays or rescheduling can affect other appointments, and a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged if needed.
