Valid for both Indoor and Outdoor riding experiences. Must sign waiver. Groupon needs to be considered for redemption at time of purchase so that the ride can be scheduled via the website. The Groupon form is at the bottom of the page. You cannot rebook that slot if the customer chooses not to show up or decides last minute that they want to change their plans. The customer must immediately place a reservation request via the booking site, and Groupon must be booked to be processed in the current payment period. Groupon deals provided are NOT STACKABLE unless special permission is granted by AJCarriage Management. NO DISRESPECT WILL BE TOLERATED TO ANY STAFF MEMBER ACTING IN AJCARRIAGE POLICY AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS. GRATUITY IS NOT INCLUDED and should be based on the total ride price before the Groupon discount. There's a $50 late fee per horse after a 5-minute grace period. Call (980) 980-1211 for any queries. Please do not show up more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. When you arrive, please call as the gate to the facility could be closed to keep horses in! There are live animals that require attention when you are late, and your ride may affect someone else's appointment, so the late fee applies if you are past a 5-minute grace period. Reschedule fee is $50 after the appointment is confirmed and booked. Valid for 6 months. Limit 2 per person(s), may buy 1 additional as gift(s). May be repurchased every 365 days.
