The technician was professional and efficient. He did a good job.
However, I had to reschedule three times and call twice the day if service to ensure the work was going to be done. The tech showed p at 4 pm
When finished, the tech said I owed $160 plus for their service. After some discussion, I was charged $116. Later the tech left me a message that there had been a mistake and I would receive a refund. I don't know if this has happened.
Found this to be disconcerting and an unprofessional way to do business.
