The girl at the front desk was on the phone for 20 min giving someone party info. She could have placed them on hold to get the entire line of people in. She never turned the music on and when we asked she said it was broken. The bounce house wasn't blown up. She was the only employee there and never once got up from the desk. Not very safe with older kids being crazy and no one there to stop them
