The young man who did the work was punctual, courteous, and fast. My first impression with the results (same day) was favorable. But within 48 hours, old stains and traffic patterns were already becoming visible again. With other carpet cleaners, that usually doesn't happen for a month or more.

Had an issue with carpet soil filtration staining near baseboards and other areas. Company cleaned carpet twice but problem still existed. I used Blue Magic Stain & Spot Remover with stiff brush and all the staining was gone. If company had used a cleaning wand typically used on furniture and specific cleaning chemical I am sure all the staining would have been removed. I will use another company in the future.
