• Service area: For options 1,2,3, and 4 we travel up to 30 miles with no mileage fee. For options 5, 6, and 7, we travel up to 45 miles with no mileage fee. If you are outside of the stated mileage, we will still service your property but there will be a mileage fee.

• Number of cleaners who will arrive: We send up to 3 cleaners depending on our staff availability. Please note the time you purchased is divided among the number cleaners we send to your property (this applies for all services). Example: If you buy a 2 man-hours cleaning service the time is divided as follows based on the number of cleaners: 1 cleaner (2 hours total cleaning time), 2 cleaners (1 hour total cleaning time), and 3 cleaners (40 minutes total cleaning).

• Services offered: House cleaning, organizing, concierge services, laundry, ironing, oven, refrigerator, and stove cleaning. Customers can make requests for additional types of cleaning too. The deals are valid for all types of cleaning. Note: for microwave, refrigerator, and oven cleaning, please make sure the inside does not contain any food or items and spray the inside with your preferred cleaning products 30 - 45 minutes prior to your scheduled service and our cleaners will do the rest.

• Cleaning supplies are included. If you prefer to use specific products you already own, please let us know when scheduling and have it ready and accessible on the day of your cleaning service.
