60-Min Deep Tissue + Trigger Point (The Focused Reset): Designed for persistent muscle knots, chronic tightness, tension headaches, or limited mobility. This clinical session pinpoints radiating pain centers and applies slow, deliberate pressure along with Pin & Stretch techniques to help break down hidden adhesions and restore full range of motion. Includes pure, soothing aromatherapy essential oils.

60-Min Swedish Massage + Hot Stones (The Signature Serenity Ritual): Our most popular session for total relaxation. Smooth, heated stones offer a comforting "melting" heat sensation to soothe tight muscles, paired with gentle gliding strokes to boost circulation and calm the nervous system. Enhanced with soothing music, custom aromatherapy, and optional scalp, facial, or light foot reflexology.

60-Min Swedish Massage + Aromatherapy (The Aromatic Unwind): A deeply restorative sensory journey tailored to your mood. Flowing Swedish techniques ease systemic tension, promote digestion, and encourage better sleep. Features your choice of therapeutic essential oils: Lavender, Eucalyptus, Sweet Orange, Grapefruit, Peppermint, Rosemary, or Tea Tree. Optional face/scalp massage and light foot reflexology available upon request.

Important Guidelines & Contraindications:
To ensure a safe experience, these treatments are not suitable for individuals with slipped/herniated discs, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), severe varicose veins, thin/fragile skin, or individuals over age 70. Clients who are pregnant or managing complex conditions (such as cancer) require specialized prenatal, oncology, or geriatric massage specialists. Hot stones are avoided on areas with nerve damage, numbness, or prominent veins.
