Was just ok. Floors looked good but after she left I went around the house and basic things like taking out the bathroom/kitchen trash bins, wiping the mirrors, making the bed weren’t done. Didn’t ask for specifics just a normal clean. Wasn’t terrible but looked like 2 hours of work versus 5. Also there was a bunch of food and a half eaten salad left in my fridge. Wouldn’t use again.

1st time, a fantastic cleaner came on time & did a great job. The 2nd time, I was receiving texts that reminded me the cleaner would arrive@ 9am. Nada mentioned a window of time (see attached photo). I planned my day around this appointment. Cleaner shows up 45 mins late, said owner didn’t give her my #. Owner calls me and when I mention this, she tells me she is sending her girl home & hung up!
