I paid for 3 man hours which was two people at an hour and a half. I checked my security camera they only stayed for 30 minutes the things that they did clean were decent but they missed a lot of stuff that they could have gotten if they had a stayed the full-time that I paid for

The actual cleaning and cleaners were great, friendly and professional. Management needs attention...as they did not show up or apologized when I made my initial booking.

I counted 23 emails back and forth before our appointment- which was scheduled two weeks out, with only one option offered. Then, she tried to reschedule 2 days before. An extra $20 for being 13 miles outside of her area didn’t bother me. After leaving a $20 tip, too, she said making 2 beds was not included. Wiping down windowsills, which IS listed as a services, did not happen.
