The resort is located in a nice area. It’s clean and nice. Specific to the spa, it could use a remodel. The staff were nice and friendly. The facilities were clean but old and not up to par with other resorts in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. We’ve been to just about all the resort spas in the valley and this one just needs a makeover. This is a very nice resort and amazing staff. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I was so sadden when our 50 minutes was completed for the couples massage. It was so relaxing and needed for us.

My cousin and I met for a much deserved spa day. We were greeted and shown where to go and provided with robes and sandals. Then I received the facial followed by a full body massage. Both were very satisfying. I have eczema so they were sure to use gentle fragrance free products on me.
When we were both done we sat in the jacuzzi for a bit until we got hungry for lunch. We will be back for sure.
