    Arrive 20 minutes early to relax and familiarize yourself with the spa facility.

  2. Prepare & Notify

    Notify the therapist of medical/physical conditions (e.g., high blood pressure, pregnancy, allergies, or skin conditions) and refrain from shaving before body treatments.

  3. Service Charge

    A 19% service charge on full retail value will be added to your bill. This service charge acts as gratuity for the provider and is required.

  4. Cancellation Policy

    A 12-hour cancellation or reschedule notice is required in order to avoid being charged in full.
