About Ascend Float Spa

During float sessions, guests have control of the underwater light options along with their choice of music. The facility is a convenient and modern gateway to this all-natural therapy.

• The rooms: Floaters rinse off in the attached shower before stepping into one of four private tanks. Towels, earplugs, and bath products are provided, along with post-float complimentary tea and water.
• Stress relief: Float therapy helps the brain enter a dreamlike state by suspending the need to support one's body. This helps achieve deep meditation, which may provide benefits like increased creativity and sensory acuity.
• Pain relief: Pain relief is a major benefit to floating—approximately 1,000 pounds of magnesium-enhanced Epsom salt is dissolved into the water, providing a gravity-free float that benefits joints and muscles.
