Location is not as described. Instead it is in St. Charles - 30 minutes away instead of 5 minutes.
Upcharged for smell (mold?). Didn't like having to negotiate a new price on top of what I just paid. Not sure what choice I had. Didn't fully remediate the issue tho.
Standard detailing itself was fine.

Steve did a great job with my car! It’s like it’s brand new again!!! I had a terrible milk spill and smell in the car and it’s been there for awhile. When he was finished with steaming and detailing the interior, you can’t smell anything. I’m very happy with the service and I will be using this company again!
