What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To support my family first of course. But i also wanted to create a service that people could call and have the piece of mind in knowing that they are not going to get ripped off. I've been taken advantage of before, i didn't like that feeling and i don't want my customers to go thru that.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part of my job is getting to meet and interact with so many different people everyday.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I had a customer that was so happy that i fixed her door that she gave me a tip and baked me cookies while i was fixing her door. its really nice when people appreciate you.
