SUMMER SPECIAL: Date Night Private Session at the Austin Salt Room
Description: Enjoy the entire salt room to yourselves with 60 minutes of salt therapy, space to move, stretch, relax, and offering includes a pot of tea. Sessions start at the top of each hour. Salt therapy supports the nervous system, immune system, respiratory system (goodbye allergies!) as well as reducing inflammation in the skin, hair, lungs, and beyond! Guests report feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. Contact us to book your truly unique and authentically Austin date night.

About Austin Salt Room
Enter a salty oasis when you sign up for salt therapy at the Austin Salt Room. Over 200 years of research proves salt therapy to have significant respiratory and skin benefits. The salt detoxifies the skin and respiratory tract, loosens up dormant mucus in the lungs, and reduces inflammation throughout the body. What to expect: Please show up 15 minutes before the booking to leave time for parking and checking in, bring your white socks (socks are available for purchase if you forget!). You will then enter the salt room, housed by 2 tons of himalayan pink salt on the walls and salt "sand" on the ground, the generator will start and your session begins. Zero gravity chairs enhance comfort while you sit and relax in the salt-infused air. After 45 minutes, you are greeted with water and your skin and respiratory tract will thank you for the therapy.
