What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We encounter situations when to the customer the door appears to be beyond repair. In many cases we have the ability to fix these issues and this is when our customers are overwhelmed with joy. Their issue is resolved, there is no need to purchase a new door and they can return to enjoying life.
