All services are provided by a sole practitioner with a healing practice rooted in over a decade of dedicated study and experience. Professional training began in 2010 and includes licensure as a massage therapist after graduating from The Swedish Institute’s massage program, widely regarded as one of the nation’s preeminent bodywork schools. Ongoing education has expanded into Polarity therapy, Craniosacral work, and shamanic spiritual practices, allowing each session to address physical, emotional, and energetic layers of healing. For the past six years, advanced training under a dedicated shamanic teacher has further shaped this intuitive approach, resulting in deeply intentional bodywork that supports meaningful, long-term transformation.
