5 Personal training sessions
During the first session we will do assessments on your mobility and strength, then based off your goals and abilities make a program to move you forward. We will build a program for you based off your goals.
2 week trial Group Training
For those who dont need as much 1 on 1 attention but still want some attention from a coach, or just enjoy the group setting. This includes 3 strength workouts and 3 cardio HIIT workouts each week.
