My initial thought was the place was clean and looked professional. I did not expect to spend 3 hours getting a full set done. My experiences getting sets have been a max of 1 1/2 hours. When the eyelashes were done, each eye was different. The extensions were not placed flush with the eyelash and my eye was extremely irritated afterward. I did rush the esthetician towards the end because I had an appointment and only expected to stay a max of 2 hours per the description. I was sorely disappointed, the reviews set this place to do great eyelash work. Maybe it was an off day at the office.

Nyoka is fabulous! She gave me beautiful lashes in exactly the amount of time estimated. She is incredibly gentle and kind, concerned the entire time for my comfort. The salon is very clean and bright. I will be going back.
