- Avoid tanning, waxing, plucking, and depilatories for 2 weeks prior.
- Discontinue retinol, antibiotics, and photosensitizing medications as instructed by the spa.
- Arrive clean, free of makeup, lotions, and deodorants.
After:
- Avoid direct sun exposure and intense heat (like hot showers, saunas, and strenuous exercise) for at least 24-48 hours.
- Apply a soothing gel if recommended by your technician. Keep the treated area clean and moisturized.
