We had a great tour. Our tour guide and captin was awesome. He made sure we had a great experience and was very informative about the area. Will definitely tour again when we revisit.

T Earle was a great guide giving us his stories and history. Hard to hear though when riding on the pontoon

The communication at this place is the WORST I have ever experienced. The bus never picked us up in the 30 minute window we waited the first day. When we call they put the blame on us! After rescheduling the second day (and confirming which side the pickup would be on) I had to call multiple times to see where the bus was. It was late and on the opposites side. Not to mention their bus dropping off passengers ignored us and sped off as we were inquiring if he was picking up. After speaking to the manager, we were told it was their fault and that they apologize, but there was nothing to be done because it was purchased through Groupon. Avoid at all costs!! Not worth the headache and waisted time.

Not worth the money, you only see one or two small aligators, and the guide throws marshmallow at them. That's it. That's all there is to the tour.

About Bayou Swamp Tours

Airboats zoom between cypress trees and over slow-moving, mossy wetland during adventures aboard Bayou Swamp Tours. "Swamp-cierges" guide these memorable expeditions from which passengers observe wildlife like hawks, bald eagles, snakes, and, of course, alligators. Larger groups or those in search of a relaxing tour take advantage of the covered pontoon swamp boat, which offer more space to move around. On either kind of vessel, guests explore acres of the authentic Louisiana waterways—and might even get the chance to hold a baby gator.
