They did a good job. I got an appointment after the 3-week wait, they are punctual, had good communication explained to me things I should do to improve further but I am planning to replace the carpet in next year so I opted-out of those services however they did a good job. I can see the difference after cleaning.

Scheduling was very easy. The manager was quite helpful. The technician did an outstanding job and explained everything he was doing plus what we could do to keep our carpet looking good.
