I bought a Groupon for "Interior and Exterior Window Cleaning for 15 Windows (Up to One Story)". I paid $63.75 for the Groupon. It does state that screens, solarium, French windows and window tracks are an additional cost. I went right to the website listed on the voucher and scheduled online for the following week. I received confirmation via text and email of my appointment. The voucher gave me the option to go to the website, call or email for scheduling. My appt was for 10am - at 954am I received a text from a number different that there was a small mechanical mishap and they would be 30 minutes late. At this point I was worried because I noticed the mixed reviews on Groupon for this company - the most recent being negative regarding communication, the services and timeliness of the employee. My experience was positive. He arrived about 20 minutes late (only "negative") but again, he communicated that to me. I have a large pitbull/mastiff. He was absolutely fine with him being out after I offered to put him in the room. Definite plus in my book! He asked to see the Groupon, scanned it and I walked him through the windows. He was very personable, offered (didn't push in any way) additional services for screen cleaning, etc. He got right to work. I work remote and was able to work while he cleaned. He did a good job on my windows - inside and out. He did small, large and full door windows. Overall I'm giving the service 4 out of 5 only because some of the corners and edges aren't 100% clear/cleaned. NOTE: I saw comments that state that hard water spots are extra. I have hard water so some of my windows don't look clean - not their fault. Customer service: 5 out of 5 Value of the services received: 5 out of 5 Employee interaction: 5 out of 5 Service received: 4 out 5 I'd give this company a 4 out 5. It's good if you are looking for a wipe down and you don't have the time to do it yourself at the Groupon price.

Really bad service, they overcharge from original price and they did not clean the windows 🙃

Showed up late. No call to let me know. When asked why he did not remove the water spots from the windows, he (Pedro) said he did not have the solution required to remove the spots and suggested that I go to Home Depot to purchase the product for doing so. I asked if he had the product with him, to which he replied no. Also suggested I make a concoction of lemon, vinegar, and baking soda to try to remove the spots. He only had six windows to clean inside and out, tried to upsell me on doing the French windows in my kitchen and dining room, and tried to upsell me on cleaning the screens. DO NOT use these guys.
