We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive 20 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled. 2 .Rescheduling Policy: Late arrivals may reschedule one time only. If a second late arrival occurs, the appointment will be charged in full, and future bookings will no longer be accepted. 3. Booking Requirement: For all Groupon purchases, the voucher number must be provided at the time of scheduling to secure the appointment. If the voucher number is not received, the appointment will not be secured. Customers who wish to book a same-day appointment, a $100 fee will apply and must be paid at the time of booking.
