- As a courtesy to all customers and practitioners at Bella Medical Aesthetics, clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged, in accordance with company policy, for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will also be charged a $25 late fee. In the event of a no-show, 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. All credit and debit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.
