The dental cleaning procedure will be defined as a basic routine cleaning. If it is determined by a Bellaire Modern Dental professional (dentist, hygienist) that a more thorough cleaning is required, there will be additional charges assessed. The patient will have two choices to move forward with the dental cleaning portion when/if a more thorough cleaning has been diagnosed.
- Choice One: The patient can choose to use the basic cleaning at another time, and then move forward with a more thorough cleaning treatment at additional cost. (deep cleaning, SRP)
- Choice Two: The patient may choose to have a basic cleaning only after a disclaimer is signed that indicates additional diagnosed treatments have been declined.
