Good customer service. I dropped in on a Saturday and they told me it would be a 3 to 4 hour wait time, but it turned out to be about two hours

Even though this facility had internet and phone issues today during my appointment, I believe her name was brittney? Anyways, she was so accommodating and handled the stress of upset customers and system failures like a champ! I used to work in an automotive shop, so I totally understand how frustrating it can be. But she put all that aside to make my customer experience as good as possible! Thank you to everyone at L st. Big O, and especially the wonderful young lady that helped me today. I’m sorry if I got your name wrong, but I hope your supervisor sees this and gives you a big gold star for outstanding customer service! (Maybe even a raise! She deserves it!)
