What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Most of the Reactions we get from customers are always very pleasant. They leave Amazing Reviews and can't wait to throw another party next year. One of the Best reactions we've gotten from a customer was a Singing Birthday Gram. We delivered Hello Kitty as a surprise for free to an elderly 90-year-old lady who didn't have much family. She was very thankful and surprised of course. She was holding on to one of our staff members and crying. (Tears of Joy). She said she loved Hello Kitty growing up we made her re-live part of her childhood.
