Blake's Health and Fitness was started in February 2020. Daniel Blake has been studying fitness, nutrition and exercise science since 2015, from his time as a Marine to his time working in gyms, he has a broad range of experience and clientele. No matter the clients goals, Daniel has worked with all kinds, from the endurance athletes, the power lifters, and the cardio junkies. Creating a Personal Training business has been his dream for years, and in 2020 Blake's Health and Fitness was born. Here at BHF we believe in the importance of finding balance in life.
