There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Arrivals after 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled, and a 50% fee of the service cost will be charged. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a 50% service fee. Appointments missed without prior notice will be subject to a 100% service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments. Consultation required before service.
