Pretty disorganized and a long process to wait to get on the pontoon to go jet skiing. We had to complete a test that was $8, never knew that this was going to be an expense. Overall the jet skiing was fun and the boat ride was pleasant, but I wouldn’t use this company again based on the waiting time.

We went on time at 1:30 pm, they made us wait 40 min, and then told us we need to wait another 1.5 hours for the boat. It ended up being a disappointment for us rather than pleasure. We asked for our refund and left! It was so stressful and waste of all our afternoon. They overbooked people and there still were several people waiting. I wish they would not book us and we would use another company!

The overall experience was good. Our booking was switched to the next day 20 minutes before because of the wind. Then, the next day there were about 3 different individuals called & then switched the location. The workers were about 20 minutes late to our scheduled appointment. Bad communication overall but the jet ski experience was AMAZING. Instructions were simple & straight to the point!
