The parking it’s ok but the shuttle transportation going back from the airport takes a while, they drop off people in different lots. Unless you have the time and energy after a looong flight to wait another hour plus to get to your car this is a good option.

Had no issues at all. Walking into the office I was bit skeptical -No one was at the front desk. But after about 7 minutes someone came up. Seemed he was handling the check ins and taking the cars to lot. Shuttle was convenient and didn't take long. Arriving back to town, pick up was easy and hassle free. Car was ready soon as I arrived.

The service was very good all employees very friendly there was quite a wait time for a shuttle but I believe it was probably due to slow traffic all in all it was a good experience
