Bodytek Fitness Pembroke Pines is a total-body workout program that is designed to significantly improve fitness levels through high-intensity interval training or HIIT. Highly-skilled instructors spur clients along as they work with resistance bands, free weights, kettlebells, rowers, and more to improve cardiovascular systems and develop muscle definition.

All classes are a total body workout which burns 600–1,200 calories each session along with the fat stores that cover up muscle tone. The 60 minutes is spent moving from station to station for new exercises to work and tone different parts of the body.
