Bonitata Boutique carefully craft the wines that they make. They believe that what's inside the bottle is most important. The winery is located in the city of Auburn at the Bernhard Museum. Housed in the original stone winery building built in 1874. Treat your palate and taste wines from the Sierra Foothills and other areas in the last standing original winery building in Placer county. Or join them on the weekend from 11:00-5:00 at The Old Sugar Mill in Clarksburg. Ask about renting the winery or their custom labels for special occasions.
