Whats Not Included (Mandatory Fees)

As required by Floridas bareboat charter law, the following costs must be paid separately before departure:

• Fuel: $1200 per Hour
• Crew Fee: $200 per hour (includes captain and first mate)

These fees are not included in the booking price and must be paid before boarding.

Yacht Rules

• Maximum 13 guests (U.S. Coast Guard regulation)
• No shoes inside
• No smoking indoors (outdoor areas permitted)
• No pets or red wine to prevent stains
• No drugs or illegal substances
• Follow captain instructions for safety
• Swimming and Jet Ski use only when anchored and authorized
• Late arrivals reduce charter time

Please note: This is a sightseeing-only charter. Due to the 3-hour duration, there are no swimming stops or water activities, and guests cannot enter the water.

City Tour + Marine Stadium Cruise through the Miami River and Biscayne Bay, taking in the Downtown Miami skyline before continuing to Marine Stadium. Anchor to swim, relax on the floating mat, enjoy music, and use the jet skis before returning to the marina.
