The Bootleggers Distillery "Build a Barrel" program gives you the rare opportunity to become a master distiller, personalizing your whiskey from start to finish. You’ll join our expert team to design a custom mash bill from a variety of premium grains and assist in distilling the spirit to your exact desired proof. Once the distillation is complete, your whiskey is placed in a barrel to develop its character. While it requires at least six months to mature (taking the devil's cut and angel's share into account), you can let it age for as long as you wish! This hands-on journey culminates in a follow-up visit to bottle and collect approximately 10 liters of your personalized whiskey.
