About Boulder Dam Brewing
Everything at Boulder Dam Brewing, from the staff to the building to the beers, shows a commitment to the community. When Todd Cook and his father opened the brewery in 2007, they wanted it to reflect the 1930s, when construction of the nearby Hoover Dam put Boulder City on the map. Nowadays, equipment and memorabilia from that era is sprinkled throughout the brewpub and beer garden, where imbibers sample a rotating selection of IPAs, stouts, and pilsners while having dinner or listening to live music.
