Our one-hour classes are structured into three parts: warm-up, drilling and practical application. This promotion is for adult sessions only 16 years or older.

Tues/Thurs: Morning 9:30-10:30am and Night 7-8pm.

Sat: Morning 11-12pm

**Kickboxing & Muay Thai**

These one-hour classes also follow a three-part structure: warm-up, drilling with pad work and practical application. This promotion is for adult sessions only 16 years or older.

**Vally Tudo/MMA**
