- One Trial Class for Weekend Developmental Clinic on Saturday or Sunday at 9 a.m.–Noon
- One Trial Class for After School Clinic on Tuesday or Wednesday at 4–7 p.m.
- One Trial Private Training Session on Tuesday or Wednesday at 7–8 p.m.
- One Trial Session of Adult Open Gym Time: Valid on Monday and Saturday at 9–11 a.m. or 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
- One Youth Intermediate League Trial Class: Valid Saturday at 1–6 p.m. or Sunday Noon–3 p.m.
Adult open gym sessions are for people aged 18 or older and can be redeemed at the 104th Street location. All other options are for kids aged 6–15 and can be redeemed at the 127th Street location. After school clinic can be redeemed at the 10th Avenue location.
