About Brimming Horn Meadery
There's a Scandinavian flair to everything at Brimming Horn Meadery, from the antler chandelier in the mead hall to the name of the meadery itself, which references the way Norse peoples used to toast and drink straight from a horn. Even the meads themselves are named after mythological gods and goddesses. Visitors can savor the semi-sweet Freya's Kiss and the luscious red Bloody Hoof, named in honor of Norse god Frey's horse. The mead—one of the world's oldest alcoholic beverages—is crafted from locally sourced honey and fruit, blending Old World tradition with a modern sensibility.
