What We Offer:
- Learn the Ropes Class for Two:
Experienced instructors will guide you through a 2 hour skill-building class focused on gearing up to rock climb our roped-walls. You will learn the basics of top-rope climbing, including: knots, rope management, proper harness use, belaying, and how to communicate with your climbing partner on the ground. In the final 30 minutes, you will practice these new skills on our taller roped walls with your partner. Great for climbers of all levels, and anyone looking for a partner-based activity. Ages 14 and up.
What You'll Learn:
- How to properly fit your harness
- Tying correct knots for climbing
- Managing the rope for another climber (known as belaying)
- Basic climbing movement on a rope
- Risk Management for rope climbing
Includes:
- Complimentary return day pass
- Rental gear for the class, the remainder of your visit and your return visit
- Intro to Climbing for Two:
During this 60 minute class, experienced instructors will teach the essentials of rock climbing in a small-group setting. You'll practice foundational techniques, learn the grading system for bouldering, and begin developing a climber's strength, balance, and endurance. End the class with a taste of rope climbing to get you stoked for your next step! Gear is included. Great for first-timers or as a skills refresher for newer climbers. Ages 14 and up.

What should I wear? Wear comfortable and flexible clothing that you can easily move around in. We'll take care of everything else!
Do I need climbing experience? Does my fitness level matter? As long as you're up for a challenge, were here to support you and cheer you on. There are no prerequisites!
What if I'm not sure about heights? You're not alone! Most people with concerns about heights find that our Intro to Climbing class, on walls no higher than 12 feet, is a great way to build confidence. You can start there and try out our ropes (on taller walls) when you feel ready
