I've bought the software from Groupon twice. Both time the ED from the BuyTechnology.com helped meto install the SW bought. It took time and he never complained that it takes long. He had to find some problems on my copmuters that required substantial time effort. He was always helpful and never complained that it took long. I'd like to share that he is helpful, very pollite and encouraging. I found that his service perhaps one of the best service in manner, knowledge and helpfulness I've got for quite long time. Wonderful experience. Ed was more than helpful. I ignored his first few calls, as I didn't know that he was associated with Buying Technology. So, the only suggestion would be to be notified that that this helpful person was legit. We are still learning how to use this product, but there as so many resourses that was sent to me to help me through it. Thank you, Ed. Respectfully, Brenda L
