BWS sent a reminder via text / email with a tracking app that shows when they will show up to your house and Sam was courteous when he showed up and informed me what could be tuned / cleaned for my furnace.

Our technician was very friendly letting us know what he thought we should get done with our 14 year old furnace right away, what he would recommend getting done soon, and pointed out a couple things that can be done to help out furnace run more smoothly. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to go with them.
