The service was difficult to book online via the website so I called and left a message. After 2 days without a response, I looked them up on Facebook and sent a private message, no response after 48 hours. I called again and spoke with a man who was kind and he assisted me with booking. On the day of the “3 hour deep cleaning,” the maids called an hour after my appointment time to say they were running late. Three hours later, they showed up. They did a light cleaning in an hour and a half and left. I didn’t bother trying to contact the company again since it was so difficult during booking. I wouldn’t use them again.
