What to Expect

Thrill-seekers are invited to brave The Curse of Camelback, an immersive Halloween experience that transforms Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark and the surrounding mountain terrain. They will step into the fictional site of a terrifying chemical outbreak, where a unique storyline reveals how chemicals for winter trails mixed with pool-cleaning compounds to create toxic fumes, causing vile mutations. Guests are recruited to join a fictional emergency response mission at the base of the mountain before venturing into the perilous containment zone where the real danger begins.

The adventure unfolds as visitors board the Sunbowl Lift, traveling uphill to Camelbeach, where a mutated project manager awaits, signaling the terrifying turn of the rescue mission. From there, they will navigate an abandoned emergency response camp, fog-filled waterpark attractions, chemical spills, barricades, eerie tunnels, and maze-like paths. They will come face-to-face with horribly mutated characters and unexpected scares around every corner, culminating in a confrontation with Gary, the outbreak's 'patient zero,' before a series of final scares leads them to safety.
